The information about the cars
The details of the cars shown on the site — including price, year, mileage, number of owners and specification — are given in good faith and are updated on a regular basis. There may be clerical errors or gaps in updating, and showing them does not amount to an undertaking. The binding information is that which will be given to you in writing at the time the contract is actually entered into, after the car has been inspected on site.
Showing a car on the site does not constitute a binding offer. A car may be sold before it has been removed from the site.
Prices
Prices are stated in new shekels. Unless stated otherwise, the price does not include the licence fee, insurance, delivery or extras. Finance costs will be set by the finance company.
Finance
The monthly payment calculator on the site is intended for an initial estimate only and does not constitute an offer or an undertaking to grant credit. Approval of the finance, the interest rate and the final terms are set by the finance company, subject to a check of the data and to its approval. Failure to meet the loan repayments may lead to a charge of arrears interest and to enforcement (execution) proceedings.
Trade-in
A valuation of the car you own is given after an actual inspection at the lot, and is valid as at the date of the inspection. The commitment to a future trade-in transaction is subject to the AutoPlus terms and conditions.
Enquiries through the site
Giving your details in the form is intended to enable us to get back to you. Ticking the consent box for marketing mailings is separate and optional — the consent can be withdrawn at any time. Further details are in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The content of the site, including the logo, the photographs and the texts, is the property of AutoPlus. It may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
We make an effort to keep the site available and in working order, but we do not undertake that it will operate continuously and without faults. Liability for the car itself is determined in the sale agreement and by the applicable law, and nothing stated here derogates from your rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel shall apply to these terms. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Central District.
