Accessibility statement

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Hebrew text is the binding version. Hebrew version

AutoPlus sees accessibility as part of the service. We work to make the site accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and with Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, which is based on the guidelines of WCAG 2.1.

What is accessible on the site

  • Full navigation by keyboard, with a clear marking of the focused item.
  • A hierarchical and correct heading structure, which allows navigation with a screen reader.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Colour contrast that meets the requirements of the standard.
  • Adaptation to screens of all sizes, including a mobile phone, and support for enlarging text.
  • Forms with associated labels and error messages that are read aloud.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting — animations and changing images stop automatically.

What is not yet accessible

We present the full picture and not only the part that is in order. The following components are not fully accessible, and we are working to fix them:

  • Car photos uploaded by the staff may appear without a detailed alternative description.
  • External documents (for example manufacturers' PDF files) are not necessarily accessible.
  • Content embedded from external sites is not under our full control.

If you have come across content that is not accessible — we would be glad if you let us know, and we will deal with it.

The branches

The AutoPlus lots are open to the public at two locations in Netanya: 40 David Pinkas St (at the northern entrance to Kiryat HaSharon) and 4 Petah Tikva St (opposite HaSharon Mall). To find out about physical accessibility adjustments at a particular branch, please contact us in advance by phone on 1700-55-99-55 and we will be glad to help.

The accessibility coordinator

The person responsible for accessibility on our behalf is Rafi. The coordinator can be contacted with any request, complaint or request to receive information in an alternative accessible format:

We undertake to reply to accessibility enquiries within 14 business days and to deal with a reported fault as soon as possible.
